Right of Free Resolution

Under the terms of the Portuguese Law no. 24/2014, of February 14, the consumer has the right to free resolution of this contract within 30 calendar days, without the need to indicate any reason.

• The deadline for the exercise of the right of free resolution expires 30 days from the day following the day you purchase or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires the physical possession of the ben (s).
• In order to exercise your right of free resolution, you must notify us through your contacts of your decision to terminate this agreement by means of an unequivocal statement (eg letter sent by mail or electronic mail or form below). You can use the resolution form template, but this is not required. It also has the possibility to fill out and submit by electronic means the free-form form or any other unequivocal declaration of resolution through our website https: //www..com.pt. If you make use of this possibility, we will send you, by electronic mail, a notice of receipt of the request for resolution within 24 hours (business days) and, instantly, if you use the form with the client session started.
• In order for the period of freedom to be respected, it is sufficient that its communication concerning the exercise of the right of the free resolution is sent before the expiry of the period for termination.

Free Resolution Effects

• In the event of termination of this agreement, all payments made, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a mode of shipment other than the least expensive modality of normal shipment offered by us) will be reimbursed ), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to terminate this contract.
• We make these refunds using the same method of payment you used in the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed by you; in any event, incur no costs as a consequence of such reimbursement.
• We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you provide proof of delivery of the goods, whichever occurs first.
• You must return the goods or deliver them to us without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day you inform us of the free termination of the contract.
• It is considered that the deadline is respected if you return the goods before the expiry of the 30 day deadline.
• You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
• It is only responsible for the depreciation of goods resulting from manipulation that goes beyond what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
